Despite the notice in the wiki, I am uncertain that issues are best, at least without a "question" tag. Additional rationale is available at 8go/matrix-commander#68 (comment).

@GHolk, if issues are preferable to you, that makes sense. However, we'll need a tag to differentiate enhancements, bugs, and questions.
