Description

When running kedro mlflow init --env=xxx, a success message is displayed even if the env "xxx" folder does not exist, instead of an error message. We should move this code :

if not silent:
click.secho(
click.style(
f"'{settings.CONF_SOURCE}/{env}/{mlflow_yml}' successfully updated.",
fg="green",
)
)

inside the "try" block above.
