Create a new Firebase Project and download the google-service.json to android/app
Create a AdMob account
Create an Android App on AdMob
Create a Banner UnitAdId
Create a Interstitial UnitAdId
Create a Reward UnitAdId
Edit android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml and set your com.google.android.gms.ads.APPLICATION_ID
