What does this implementation fix? Explain your changes.
This implementation fixes some of the latest issues. Notice that this pull request includes the changes in pull request Fix for scrolling issue in subgoal UI #54 and Fixed word spacing in styles.css #56

This closes issues Persona information unavailable #74, Fixes to gender pronouns within the personas #72, Patrick and Patricia are two separate personas (Abi and Tim are not) #71, Fixed Targeter-Box Coloring #60, Word Spacing #55, Scrolling issue in subgoal UI #53, and Add persons information to beginning of session #45.
