Kaiser-Squires Release

First bug free (so we think) version of SMPy. Current release features the Kaiser-Squires inversion technique for creating convergence maps. We found and fixed multiple important bugs, and this software should be bug free. This software is general enough for anyone to use on a calibrated shear catalog! Future improvements (different methods of obtaining convergence & code quality) are coming soon :)
