This PR seems not to have generated downstream PRs before, as of c55cca9.

Hello! We're no longer using Magic Modules to generate this particular module. We've found that it works better if we write the module normally and use the google-cloud-storage library.

The new version of the module is here

If you're still seeing this issue, please let me know!
