update cloud identity test to use preferred_member_key

While beta sets preferredMemberKey and memberKey identically, only preferredMemberKey is available in GA

Is it possible that a user has added member_key to a config for the GA provider? This might technically be a breaking change in that case and we could want to add the deprecated field to the GA provider.

After closer look - just the test needs to be changed. min_version: beta is already on there, which is why downstream only the test is changing. Oops! I'll update that, but then there should be no concern.
