(Only vibrate the device when the user stays at 0 degree for a while and again when the user deviates beyond 5 degrees)
(for both X and Z axis)
(to make the gyroscope fluctuations relatively stable)
(for latest changes made to sensor code)

Fixes occasional instability with gyroscope and only vibrates the device when the device is adjusted to 0 degree for a short while. The next vibration for the same would take place only when the angle deviates by more than 5 degrees and arrives back to 0 degree for the same short period. This PR fixes the continuous vibration issue being described at #164
