File Resource Type Support
Types of files/resources this Toolkit supports. Please note that no work has been done to support modding PS2, Xbox, Xbox 360 or Wii files (for any game!). The aim is to provide 'limited' support to allow users to search these game versions for content differences. There is no plans to support editing and saving. Currently, PC is the only platform which is expected to have full modding support.
NOTE: Currently the Toolkit does not support GF1 E3 Stream files. Version 6 (GF1 Release):

- Cannot add new entries into Stream Files.
- PS3 has had some issues with saved Stream Files, the game can crash during loading. A good example is godfather_global_global.str. Works on PC, not PS3.
Version 12 (GF2 Release):

PS2, Xbox and Xbox 360 has no support for rwID_TEXDICTIONARY. Wii is unknown.

- Can be edited using Magic.TXD. Can only replace though, not add or remove textures.
Godfather II texture file, which is split into two resources - a tg4h and tg4d resource. The former is the header, the latter is the data. The Toolkit can export and import most (if not all) types of textures. Please note that to export/import a texture you need to click on the header resource. Selecting the tg4d will not show the ability to manipulate the texture. This is because the data has no reference or link back to the header - Only the header has a link to the data.

- Can be exported and imported, but cannot be directly edited using the Toolkit. (eg. changes like editing a TG4 Parameter, removing mips etc.) However these TG4 Parameters are automatically updated/removed when a new texture has been imported.
