Cannot get tutorial data

Hi all,

I am trying to run the tutorial codes but cannot make it at the first step.

It seems I have installed ArchR correctly in R/4.0.4 since when library(ArchR), I got

Setting default number of Parallel threads to 28.

But when I tried to run inputFiles <- getTutorialData("Hematopoiesis")
It cannot run correctly and I got

> inputFiles
named character(0)

Does anyone know what happens?

Oh I solved it myself.

The solution is as rcorces said here : If you already have a directory called "HemeFragments", then the function wont download anything.

I've fixed a lot of issues with tutorial data download in release_1.0.2. This is no longer an issue on that branch and the code automatically checks md5sums of the downloaded tutorial data to ensure complete download
