feat: enable compression for metasrv client

What's changed and what's your intention?

Currently, compression is not enabled for MetaSrv RPCs, which can result in errors like:
Error, message length too large: found 4228291 bytes, the limit is: 4194304 bytes.

This PR enables zstd compression for the MetaSrv client by default. We retain the default max_recv_message_size of 4 MiB, as it is a reasonable limit. Increasing it could unnecessarily burden the internal connections between cluster nodes.
