Bugfixes

Fix shutting down elasticsearch pipeline stage when endpoint is not available

If no elasticsearch endpoint was available the processing thread went to sleep before trying again. In this case the pipeline stage did not shut down until the shutdown timeout elapsed causing an unnecessary delay of 30 seconds.
