VL805 firmware flash IC programmer. The VL805 USB 3 host controller can read it's firmware from an external flash IC at boot. This hardware & software was made so that the firmware could be read and written to the utility control unit flash IC's externally. Moreover, firmware from a 4-ports PCIE card from amazon could be read.
