CUnitQueue::getNextAvailUnit()has several issues. They are described in the review comments to the code.This PR consists of three commits:
size()andcapacity()getters toCUnitQueue. Needed for unit tests.CUnitQueue.CUnitQueue::getNextAvailUnit()
