Fix lots of bugs

• Fix forward search
• Do not create a makeindex run config when the compiler handles it
• More attempts to avoid $APPLICATION_HOME_DIR$/bin output path but did not succeed: when you change the run config template the path will still be set incorrectly outside TeXify.
• Fix AssertionError: QuickFix-es with the same family name (Insert label) should be the same class instances but actually are LatexMissingLabelInspection$InsertLabelInEnvironmentFix and LatexMissingLabelInspection$InsertLabelAfterCommandFix instances.  #1267
• Fix java.lang.Throwable: Invalid file: file:///Users/julate/workspace/notifications/src/doc/tex/main.tex #1221
• Fix "Reference without a non-breaking space" after blank lines and commas for BibLaTeX \cite commands #1268
• 'Figure not referenced' is not triggered anymore when label is referenced in a command with multiple references, e.g. \cref{label1,label2}
• Avoid label convention inspection triggering on a plain \label{somelabel} for which no prefix is expected.
