F1: show/hide the menu bar
Alt+Enter: enter/exit fullscreen with DirectX backend
F10: enter/exit fullscreen with OpenGL backend (see #19 for work to unify the two shortcuts)

Default keyboard controls would be great to list as well

Might be cool to do a table for the shortcuts, so instead of a paragraph

f1 hide/show menu bar
f10 toggle fullscreen (opengl)
alt + enter toggle fullscreen (directx)
