Change Macau's flag color to correct ones

Not used to Github's ways to PR, Seems I made two mistake PR before :)

Oh, sorry for that I did not read the readme more carefully. I see, there chosed a dark green to replace it original color.

But I have a thought, the color for macau's flag is not a technically green. It is more like a cyan, a dark cyan. And cyan color is a little bit close to blue, it is more cold. Currently, the light and dark green seems a little bit yellow.

So, how about add one scale of green, like blue-green(#008B8B), for those green looks not warm, but more peace, and it is match to white and other cold color. Also close to the original one
