FlexCLI - FlexHopper

This release includes FlexCLI - a .Net layer for Nvidia Flex - and FlexHopper - a Rhino/Grasshopper plugin built on top of FlexCLI.
This is the first github release. Previous releases are available on http://food4rhino.com/app/flexhopper

FlexCLI can be used to bring the functionality of Nvidia Flex to any .Net based application.
