Nearest neighbour algorithm written in Elixir.

Based on the Travelling salesman problem we create a list with all points, where we want to find the shortest route between them.
Example:

e: [a: 6.81, b: 8.42, c: 3.87, d: 6.88, e: 0.00]

iex> NearestNeighbourAlgorithm.shortest_route(map)
[:a, :c, :e, :d, :b, :a]
As you can see the map describes the distances between the points, it's the same like the following table:

The algorithm will start to the first point, which is :a
in our example. Then it will look up the nearest neighbour of :a
, which is :c
. He will move to :c
and repeat the steps until every point has been reached. So in our example the shortest route is:
A - C - E - D - B - A.
