因为没有谷歌开发者账号，之前写的TouchGesture插件没办法上线商店。现在的chrome如果不开启开发者模式是不能用本地插件的，但是开启开发者模式每次启动chrome都会弹出一个此插件可能危险的弹窗。所以现在把这个插件弄成油猴插件方便使用。
