Fix #3819 #4151
没有找到什么办法来更新 CacheAuthServerRegister
但是没安装游戏版本应该没法切换 liteskin 登录吧（
所以把 CacheAuthServerRegister 给删了
如果觉得这个方案不妥就关了吧（

刚刚复现出来在没有游戏版本的情况下也可以使用litteskin登录
那只能监听或者加个按钮？

现在没版本默认用的 Cache 了，应该没问题了
