This PR updates the Hexabot starter template to align with changes in the Hexabot main repo (see link to PR). The primary change is the renaming of the environment variable used for configuring the frontend base URL. FRONTEND_ORIGIN has been renamed to FRONTEND_BASE_URL for improved clarity. This change is part of a larger effort to address a CORS issue and improve overall configuration management.
