Second Stable Release

This Release adds some Checks for the Command files. Only the Bot Admin and the Channel Owner can now user the /lock, /unlock and the /lockstatus Command

Also the README.md is now Up to date and should explain everything

This is the fist stable release of the Unlock Library for the PHP Telegram Bot

What can it do ?
It prevent access to Commands of your choice. To grant the Access to these Commands the Bot Admin(s) have to create an Authentication Key (short called Authkey).
With this Key a User can use the Unlock Command in combination with the Key to 'unlock' the Bot and grant eg. the Channel access to the previous Commands.
