This PR:

  • Adds TODOs below
  • Updates NPM dependencies and packaging for Public use and Standard users
    • Define FOSS scope for the functionality
  • Fixes CircleCI integration
    • Define root directory via variable to handle NODE_PATH deprecation
  • Adds sample app for 3rd party authorization provider
    • Upgrade to 1.4.x version of React components
  • Adds sample infrastructure for feature extensions
    • Modularize the implementation
  • Adds env-based configurations
    • Use cross-vars package instead to handle modular enablement of features
