Updates networked-aframe to include Hubs-Foundation/networked-aframe#43, which fixes issues with invalid transform data. That fix has already been deployed to HMC in #3613 via a cherry-picked version of networked-aframe.
Note that this is merging into
room-ui-redesign. Assuming that's the right branch to target for the final redesign push.
