Addresses the following feedback items for rotation button / mode:

  • do not display debug plane
  • reduce distance cursor has to travel to engage rotation
  • change behavior of align button to call object3D.lookAt, and to continue doing this until you release the button (rather than it being a 1-off click)
  • give a visual indication of rotation mode (cursor color change and image + animation)
  • increase the button size
