Modified the publish_ios.yml workflow to be able to publish to our internal mapliber-native swift.package repository by doing hte following:

• Remove unnecessary steps or steps that require special permissions and configurations to build test iOS apps and only build the maplibre-native iOS package.
• Modify the authentication flow to utilize a PAT secret owned by the hudhud-bot user.
• Invoke the workflow in our own internal maplibre-native-gl-native-distribution repo
