"error" not a status from deployment_status, change to "failed" #143

Describe the bug
ansible script does not stop if deployment fails. checking for "error" is never found, so the until loop just continues.

Expected behavior
playbook/roles ends when cluster deployment fails

Additional context
change string from "error" to "failed"
