After filler metal got removed, the Passiv layer was placed at the edge of the sealring and, therefore, also at the edge of the die. Add a configurable EdgeSeal.boundary layer to the sealring to fill the gap between the sealring and die edge with metal fill. Signed-off-by: Daniel Schultz <d.schultz@phytec.de>
