DNN8 MVC Module Contest Alpha Build

This is an alpha release of the module. While it could be useful in its current state, we don't feel it robust enough to handle its intended broader usage.

The hope of this release is to be an entry into the DNN8 MVC module contest. More importantly, we aim to work with the community to identify and establish shared standards and approaches to common problems that arise in migrating from an ASP.NET webforms model towards an SPA/MVC one.
