Magellan is the official command-line client for RIPE Atlas.

How to build this image

If you want to build the image locally you can do this by running the following command.

$ docker build -t insready/magellan .

How to use this image

View a basic report for a public measurement:

$ docker run --rm insready/magellan ripe-atlas report <measurement_id>

View the live stream for a measurement:

$ docker run --rm insready/magellan ripe-atlas stream <measurement_id>

Get a list of probes in ASN 3333:

$ docker run --rm insready/magellan ripe-atlas probes --asn 3333

Supported Docker versions

This image is officially supported on Docker version 1.9.1.

Support for older versions (down to 1.6) is provided on a best-effort basis.
