I would like to extract NewtonCG with Nystrom preconditioning optimizer from our experimental random walk. It proved useful for solving equaiton we used realization of https://github.com/pratikrathore8/opt_for_pinns, add some stability fixes and merged it with TEDEouS code. Now it works as intended.
It should be in #46, but I made little bit of cleanup to extract only NewtonCG functionality.
