General:
- Tall units and artillery units can shoot over walls.
- Lobby research duration changed to 50%, 100%, 150%, 200%

- Rare crash when units attack at the same time when its target it killed.

- Units no longer try to shoot through walls if they cant.
AI:
- Now only tries to keep distance between buildings, instead of requiring it.

- Fixed a MP desync crash due to the AI cheating itself money.

General:
- Its no longer possible to place buildings when out of resources.
- Implemented handicap feature - It allows to slow down production times up to twice the time.
- Asset browser will now display all assets from any supported source from KKnD, KKnD Xtreme and KKnD 2 Krossfire.
- Added a new unused voice effect for the Wilbur Bomber.
- Support for steam installations from all steam libraries.
- Buildings are now rendered in transparent while placing them.
- When trying to sell, repair, sacrifice or research, the blocked cursor is used whenever you should be able to do that action but cant due to a state restriction (cant do aynthing on a building which is being constructed or sold, cant tech up if max level, cant enter if full, ...).
- Added a new mouse cursor when trying to place a building while having no resources.
AI:
- Implemented building placement layout logic.
- Implemented building build order logic.
- Implemented research order.
- Implemented tower placement layout logic.
- Implemented tower build order logic.
- Implemented responding when building or tanker is being attacked.
Fixed:
- Fixed a rare crash when a bunker closes again.
- Fixed oilpatch placements on "El Presidentes Paradise" which blocked mobile bases deploy positions.
- Fixed some broken hotkeys.
- Fixed a problem where tankers were not correctly docking.
- Fixed the tech bunker unlocked animation offsets.
- Fixed a crash where the AI causes a desync in multiplayer games.
- Fixed mouse input on sidebar actions (sell, research, repair) when using the classic scheme.
- Fixed the flamethrower particles being static instead of animated.
