Error: Timeout: no reply from the arena #81

When i tried to join a battle, by clicking Join Battle and signing the tx, it didn't join, and it showed error Error: Timeout: no reply from the arena in the browser console but no indication that an error had occurred in the UI, i repeated the process and it worked the second time. Suggest notifying the user if there is a timeout error and to try again
