I'm changing the template to not use my own personal path but instead the default that should be most applicable to users of this tool.

Changed the configuration stage so that instead of making the user create config.ini, the tool creates it and tells the user where it is. Also new info for the NPM installation method.

This adds a second (and in my opinion better) way of installing this tool. Through NPM!
