This adds the open dialog from inochi-creator using dportals, which is required to have a way to open inochi2d puppets on a flatpack instalation.
Also fixes #26
Depends (not strongly) on Inochi2D/inui#2 to correctly apply hierarchy on X11 systems (as on creator)
