Using mmap leads to sporadic segfault on stream close/frames release.
Revert to user-allocated buffers for v4l data exchange
Addresses #8154
Tracked on: DSO-16453

Tested on Ubuntu 20.04, kernel 5.8.0-40-generic
With a single D435i and a combination of D435i and D415.
Everything seems ok.
