Governance Actions need author name

On Governance Actions, there needs to be the ID or name of who is the proposer. It is missing. This is very important info, and is mandatorily entered (user name) when a proposal is submitted. Also, equally important is the info that's in the discussion in the Forum about this GA. This link needs to be added as well.
