Is there new design needed?

No

What?

  • Currently you cannot delegate to a DRep marked as inactive
  • This could be negatively impacting the total delegated stake
  • Lets remove the restriction and allow delegation to inactive DReps

Why?

  • To lower any barriers to delegation

How?

  • remove the restriction from the frontend
