Initializing JS/TS language features

As much as I want to use this very useful extension on my daily work, "Initializing JS/TS language features" seems to be hanging forever as far as I can tell, at least for me. Disabled all of my extensions besides color-exchange to why this was happening and found the extension to be causing it. Left VSCode on for a day and it's still there.

There is some conflict in add code action and initialize JS/TS language server. I'm trying to fix this issue.

For what its worth, this problem seems to no longer be happening in spite of no changes being made to this extension.
