I have added a new script to update the block lists and to be able to edit them automatically avoiding accidental syntax errors. This script will be automatically integrated with GitHub Actions. Read more: Issue #7
Fix more invalid domains from issue #7
Update the Developer branch
Add new workflow SAST gitleaks and update SAST Semgrep. Also update the README.md with the new status badges.

In this pull request some minor bugs have been fixed, new workflows have been added to improve the performance and security of the repository and some blocklist bugs have been fixed.
Now the blocklist has a master file BLACKLIST.txt and a series of blocklists that are formatted and generated from this master automatically by GitHub Actions when a pull request is made to this branch.
