Update 'docs' to work with new submodule structure after #257 #259
Comments
@ruebot Do you mean refactoring the docs inside of the CLAW repo, or moving them out of the CLAW repo into the submodules? My vote is for submodules to have their own /docs folders so the documentation is versioned along with the code. |
@bryjbrown docs will still live in this repo. We just need to refactor them, since there were some symlinks setup, and well some of it we don't do anymore. |
Can you assign this to @kstapelfeldt and I to work on for the next sprint? @kstapelfeldt's already taking a stab at restructuring the docs. then perhaps we can start uploading some of our more polished docs into github and refactor |
@kimpham54 it's still assigned to both of you. |
@ruebot that's because I assigned it to them. |
Publishing is going to be the challenge: #265 We'll need to decide how we want to handle that moving forward, and really what to do with all the 7.x-2.x documentation, and what we have at future.islandora.ca -- @dannylamb might have some thoughts on that. |
Pull request: #324 |

We moved a lot of stuff around. The documentation directory will need to examined, and restructured as well. We may want to consider re-writing some of the documentation since we've moved a ways away from 7.x-2.x. Maybe add in some of @DiegoPino diagrams and awesome pictures from his lessons?
Dependent on #257 being merged.
