Alt_nCov2019_primers_v0.11

1. Added a new primer set, ver. N2, which includes one additional primer in Pool2 to prevent dropout of amplicon 72 in R.1 lineage.
2. Fixed a bug in the primer trimming tool. The bug caused cutting at wrong positions due to nearby indel in some cases.
