Try to fix LibreOffice class loader #5287

After a lot of googling I found some old forum thread in the deep of the open office forums which combined gave the solution.

Use sockets instead of pipes (cause jpipe is a dll/lib in the LO dir and cannot be found at class loading
Pass an URL ClassLoader as parent to the Bootstrap method.

Change in CHANGELOG.md described
Tests created for changes
Manually tested changed features in running JabRef
Screenshots added in PR description (for bigger UI changes)
Ensured that the git commit message is a good one
Check documentation status (Issue created for outdated help page at help.jabref.org?)

The problem is that it somehow doesn't load the jars from the LO path, but from our custom module

Yippieh! I hacked the Bootsrap mechanism and use now sockets instead of pipes. That works yeahahw!
And I also needed to pass a UrlClassLoader

LGTM, only two minor remarks. You also have checked in some changes to the submodules. Was this on purpose?

Moreover, can you please report the issue to the open office people and link it in our java 11 issue so that we can remove the custom bootstraper again in the long term.

I will open an issue at the libre office repo.
Regarding the submodules: I have no idea why these are in my commit. I tried to "reset" them and re init them but nothing changed.
