New continue sorts by total time tracked, but this should be changed to be sorted by most recent.

Can do once detailed reports API is implemented.

Can do once detailed reports API is implemented.

Better solution—use the time entry id.
Analogous to Unix ts; more recent time entries will have a greater id.
