How to use jdbc after building into a exe file?

My application use sqlite to save data, it shows no error and saved data correctly while I debug with IDEA. However, I convert the project into a exe file and installed successful in my windows computer, it shows the class "org.sqlite.JDBC" not found.

How to use classpath? My code as the follows
val driverFolder = File("app")
if (driverFolder.exists()) {
val rul = driverFolder.toURI().toURL()
val classLoader = URLClassLoader(arrayOf(url))
classLoader.loadClass("org.sqlite.JDBC") // It shows the Unknow Sorce error
}

It shows no error when I use absolute path of the driver jar package by IDEA, it shows the error by exe
