This is so the skull will automatically run our code when not connected to a computer
Updated the server to return a timestamp more suitable for using with micropython when appropriate. Added a helper function to the Skull code for handling the new timestamp function.
Added in a basic brightness control for the LED strip. Don't think it does proper PWM brightness. Also some error suppression to stop Pylance complaining.
Added support for external RTC breakout
Cleaned up the timestamp printing and also added in an exception handler in case the server returns a 5xx status
