Luks-Ops v1.0-beta

While I have been working on the script and testing it on a Debian (& Ubuntu 14), it is possible to have some problems in other distros ( Like the use of /usr by default and other default settings..).

Get the script and test, test test.. I'll be happy to get some feedbacks and add more changes according to responses (& merge pull requests :D ).
