To go along with Issue 1016, here's a suggestion of how
SpotifyClient.UserProfile.GetTopArtistsandSpotifyClient.UserProfile.GetTopTrackscan be adjusted, inspired bySpotifyClient.Player.GetRecentlyPlayed, which does have pagination
