Adds debug rendering for all supported collider types in 2D and 3D, refactors the debug plugin code, and adds a
many_shapes
2D example. The visual meshes can be hidden by settinghide_meshes

In the future, it would be good to have more configuration options at the global level and at the entity level to allow e.g. different line colors and to enable debug rendering only for specific entities. It could also be interesting to support actual meshes for the colliders instead of just wireframes.
